If the Site offers paid products/services:

• Prices, taxes, and fees will be      shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by GoDaddy     and may be subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically      unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Refunds, if any, follow our Refund      Policy: Due to the nature of our business, we do not offer refunds      or exchanges for any reason. All      sales sold as is and are final.

6) User Content 

If you submit content (e.g., comments, reviews, uploads) (“User Content”):

• You retain ownership of your User      Content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive,      worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, and      distribute your User Content as needed to operate and improve the Site.
• You confirm you have rights to      post the User Content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

We may remove User Content at any time.

7) Intellectual Property

If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid us in the for your last purchase or $8.00, whichever is greater, as permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
